Summary

This study aims to find out why some people have severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) without a clear cause. Researchers will look for genetic or molecular differences in immune cells (mast cells) from 115 participants aged 13 to 75. The study involves medical tests, blood work, and a bone marrow biopsy, but does not test any new treatments.
