Summary
This study aims to see if performing pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises after anal fistula surgery helps patients recover better. Researchers will measure pain, bleeding, and feelings of anal pressure in 124 adults during their first five days after the operation. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug method to improve comfort and bowel function during the healing process.
