First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests a new way to give radiation therapy for anal cancer using real-time MRI guidance. The radiation dose is adjusted based on each patient's risk level (low, standard, intermediate, or high). About 80 adults with anal squamous cell carcinoma will take part. The goal is to see if this approach can better control the cancer while reducing side effects.
