This study tests a new way to give pelvic radiation after cervical cancer surgery that protects the anal canal. The goal is to reduce painful hemorrhoid symptoms like bleeding and burning during treatment. About 300 patients with hemorrhoids will be randomly assigned to either standard radiation or the new anal-sparing technique. The study does not change the cancer treatment, only aims to lower side effects.
