Summary

This study tests whether the drug Anakinra can prevent severe drops in blood sugar that happen after eating in a 52-year-old man who had his stomach removed and has kidney failure. The patient will receive either Anakinra or a placebo for 6 weeks, and his blood sugar will be tracked continuously. The goal is to see if the drug reduces the frequency and severity of these episodes.
