First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at how well blood flows through the tiny vessels of the heart in people with a rare condition called TTR amyloid cardiomyopathy. Researchers will use a special type of heart scan (SPECT) to measure blood flow at the start and after 24 months of treatment. The goal is to better understand why some patients have chest pain or signs of heart stress even when their main arteries are clear.
