Summary

This study tests whether injecting amniotic membrane into the bladder can reduce pain and urgency in women with interstitial cystitis (painful bladder syndrome). Participants are adults who have already tried at least one other treatment without success. The approach uses a natural tissue product to possibly calm bladder inflammation.
