Summary
This study compared sterile amniotic fluid injections to standard corticosteroid shots for knee osteoarthritis. 60 adults with moderate knee arthritis received either treatment, and researchers tracked how many needed extra pain relief within 6 months. The goal was to see if amniotic fluid could provide longer-lasting symptom relief.
