First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special skin graft made from amniotic tissue can help heal hard-to-treat diabetic foot ulcers and venous leg ulcers. About 165 adults with wounds that haven't healed after 4 weeks will receive either a single-layer or triple-layer graft. The main goal is to see if the wounds close completely within 12 weeks.
