New Two-Pronged attack tested for Tough-to-Treat leukemia

Summary
This study is testing whether combining two targeted drugs is safe and helpful for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not responded to prior treatment, and who have two specific genetic mutations. Researchers will first find the highest dose of the drug combination that causes few or manageable side effects. They will then give that dose to more participants to see how well it works against the cancer.
