New push to wipe out lingering leukemia before transplant
NCT ID NCT05554419
Summary
This study is for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have a small amount of cancer left after initial treatment. It tests four different drug combinations to see which one best clears these remaining cells before a stem cell transplant. The goal is to help patients achieve a deeper remission, which may improve transplant success and long-term survival.
