NCT ID NCT06660368
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 05, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a drug called venetoclax to a standard chemotherapy combination (CLAG-M) works better for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if this new combination can more effectively clear remaining cancer cells and help patients live longer without their disease getting worse. About 52 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard combination or the new combination.
