Summary
This study tests whether combining two medicines—enasidenib and azacitidine—can help control acute myeloid leukemia that has returned or hasn't responded to previous treatments. It's for patients whose cancer has a specific genetic change called an IDH2 mutation. Researchers want to see if this combination can stop cancer cell growth and improve survival.
