Summary
This study is testing a specific combination of two drugs (fludarabine and treosulfan) given to patients before they receive a stem cell transplant for acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to see if this drug regimen helps control the leukemia better while causing fewer severe side effects than some standard treatments. The trial is for adults aged 40-65 whose leukemia is currently in remission.
