Summary

This study tested an experimental drug called PF-05212384 for people with aggressive forms of blood cancer, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that had returned or didn't respond to other treatments, or AML that developed as a side effect of prior cancer therapy. The goal was to see if the drug could control the disease. The trial was small and ended early.
