Summary
This study is testing whether a three-drug combination followed by ongoing maintenance therapy can effectively treat and prevent relapse in older adults with a specific type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Researchers want to see if this approach keeps the cancer from returning after initial treatment. The study will also monitor the safety of this treatment plan and the time commitment required for participants.
