Scientists track blood drug levels to personalize leukemia treatment

NCT ID NCT06030089

Summary

This small study looked at how much of the drug venetoclax stays in patients' blood during treatment for acute myeloid leukemia. Researchers measured drug levels and how it affected cancer cells to understand why treatment works better for some people than others. The goal is to eventually use this information to personalize treatment for future patients.
