This Phase 2 trial tests whether giving a combination of amivantamab and either lazertinib or chemotherapy before surgery can shrink or stop the growth of EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer. About 68 people with stage II-IIIB lung cancer that can be surgically removed will participate.
