Can a simple supplement ease Parkinson's symptoms?

NCT ID NCT07115563

Summary

This study is testing whether a daily amino acid supplement, designed specifically for people with Parkinson's disease, can improve their nutrition, physical function, and mental well-being. Researchers will compare the effects of the real supplement to a placebo (a look-alike with no active ingredients) over six months. About 30 participants, aged 60-80 and on stable Parkinson's medication, will take the supplement and undergo regular check-ups to measure changes in their health.
