Summary

This study is testing an experimental injection called AMG 732 for people with moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease, which causes painful, bulging eyes. The research has two parts: first checking safety in healthy volunteers, then testing if the treatment reduces eye bulging and improves quality of life in patients. Participants receive either the actual drug or a placebo injection in this early-stage trial.
