Early trial tests new drug for Tough-to-Treat blood cancer

NCT ID NCT03287908

Summary

This early-stage study tested a new drug called AMG 701, both alone and combined with other medications, for adults with multiple myeloma that had returned or stopped responding to many prior treatments. The main goals were to find a safe and effective dose and to see how the body processes the drug. The trial was terminated early and did not progress to later phases.
