Summary
This was an early-stage study to find a safe and effective dose of an experimental drug called AMG 420 for people with multiple myeloma that had returned or stopped responding to at least three prior types of therapy. The trial involved 23 participants who received the drug through a continuous IV infusion for 28-day cycles. The main goals were to check for serious side effects and see if the treatment could shrink the cancer.
