New cancer drug enters first human trials
NCT ID NCT06131398
Summary
This is the first study in people testing a new drug called AMG 355, both by itself and combined with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab). It aims to find safe doses and see if the treatment helps adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check for side effects and determine the best dose for future studies.
