NCT ID NCT05800964
Summary
This was the first study in humans to test a new cancer drug called AMG 305. It aimed to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug in 37 adults with advanced solid tumors who had run out of standard treatment options. The main goal was to check for side effects and determine the best dose for future studies.
