New immune therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat cancers

NCT ID NCT04117958

Summary

This was an early safety study of a new drug called AMG 199 for adults with advanced stomach, colon, or pancreatic cancers that have a specific marker called MUC17. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drug. The treatment aims to guide the patient's own immune cells to attack the cancer.
