First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests an injection called AM3101 given during knee surgery for a torn meniscus. The goal is to see if it helps the tear heal better and reduces the need for more surgery. About 74 adults aged 18 to 40 will take part, and half will get the study drug while the other half gets a placebo (salt water). The study is double-blinded, meaning neither patients nor doctors know who gets the real treatment.
