Summary

This study tests whether a supplement called CMA2 can improve brain function in people with Alzheimer's disease. About 845 adults aged 50 and older will take either CMA2 or a placebo twice a day for 26 weeks. The goal is to see if the supplement slows down memory and thinking problems.
