Brain drain surgery: a bold new attack on Alzheimer's
NCT ID NCT07073066
Summary
This study is testing whether a surgical procedure on the neck's drainage system, combined with standard care, can slow the progression of moderate-to-severe Alzheimer's disease. It will compare this surgery to standard care alone in about 376 patients across China. The main goal is to see if the surgery improves dementia scores after one year.
