Major trial tests if Vitamin-Like supplements can slow Alzheimer's decline

Summary
This study is testing whether a specific blend of dietary supplements can help improve brain function in people with Alzheimer's disease. About 845 participants will take either the supplement capsules or a placebo twice a day for 26 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in memory, thinking skills, and daily living abilities to see if the supplement helps.
