Summary
This study tested a fixed-dose combination pill (polypill) in 121 people aged 50-85 with very mild to severe Alzheimer's disease. Over 180 days of treatment, researchers measured changes in memory, thinking, and daily function using standard tests. The goal was to see if the pill could slow or improve symptoms compared to a placebo.
