First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looked at how brain scans and other tests can help find early signs of Alzheimer's disease. Researchers followed 242 healthy volunteers and people with memory problems over time. They used MRI and PET scans to measure brain changes, thinking skills, and daily activities. The goal was to understand which markers appear first and how the disease progresses.
