Summary
This study tested an oral medication called REM0046127 in people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. It aimed to see if the drug could affect certain brain fluid markers and brain wave patterns, and to check its safety. The trial was terminated early and only enrolled 14 of a planned 30-60 participants.
