Summary
This study tested a twice-daily oral medication called varoglutamstat (PQ912) for people with early Alzheimer's disease. The goal was to see if the drug could safely slow the decline in memory and thinking skills. The trial was designed in two parts, starting with about 180 participants to find the best dose, but it was terminated before completion.
