First human tests for new Alzheimer's pill
NCT ID NCT07334860
Summary
This is an early, first-in-human study to understand how two different pill versions of an experimental Alzheimer's drug, called MK-1167, are absorbed and processed by the body. It involves 16 healthy volunteers who will take the drug so researchers can measure its levels in the blood and check for safety. The goal is to gather basic information to help plan future studies in people with Alzheimer's disease.
