New Alzheimer's pill enters human testing phase

Summary
This is the first human study of a new capsule called J4 being developed for Alzheimer's disease. Researchers are testing it in 76 healthy adults to check if it's safe and to understand how the body processes it. The study will give participants either the drug or a placebo in increasing doses to monitor for side effects.
