Summary
This is the very first test of a new Alzheimer's drug called J4 in humans. The study aims to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it when taken as a capsule. It involves 76 healthy adults who will receive either the drug or a placebo. Researchers will monitor for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood over time.
