New drug targets Alzheimer's proteins in spinal fluid

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug, LY3439539, in 30 people with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's. The main goal is to see how the drug changes certain proteins in the spinal fluid that are linked to Alzheimer's. Participants will have monthly visits over about 9 months. This study does not aim to cure or treat symptoms, but to learn how the drug affects the body.
