Summary
This study looked at how sleeping at moderate altitude (above 1000 meters) affects oxygen levels and breathing in healthy adults who live there. 44 participants had sleep tests at both low and moderate altitude to compare results. The goal was to understand the impact of short-term descent on sleep quality and oxygen saturation.
