NCT ID NCT07313267
Summary
This study aims to see if adding fun, non-traditional sports like ultimate frisbee and flag football to physical education classes can help children become more physically fit, improve their coordination, and enjoy being active more. Researchers will work with about 210 healthy primary school students in Chile for eight weeks, comparing kids who play these alternative sports to those who follow the usual PE curriculum. The goal is to find a better way to promote lifelong health and activity in children.
