Can frisbee and flag football make kids healthier and happier?

NCT ID NCT07313267

Summary

This study aims to see if introducing fun, non-traditional sports like korfball and ultimate frisbee during physical education classes can improve children's physical fitness, motor skills, and overall well-being. Researchers will compare 210 sixth-grade students who play these alternative sports for 8 weeks to students who continue with their regular PE classes. The goal is to find out if these new activities help kids get stronger, move better, and enjoy exercise more.
