Could skipping days of a common prostate pill reduce side effects?
NCT ID NCT07308002
Summary
This study aims to see if taking the prostate medication tamsulosin every other day is as effective as taking it daily for improving urinary symptoms in men. It will also check if the less frequent dosing reduces a common sexual side effect. The trial will involve about 288 men with urinary symptoms due to an enlarged prostate.
