Summary
This study tests a new drug, NX210c, in 80 adults with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). The goal is to see if it can slow the disease by protecting nerve cells. Participants receive multiple intravenous infusions of the drug or a placebo over several months. The study measures safety and changes in blood markers related to nerve damage.
