This study aimed to understand the pain and discomfort that people with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) experience during procedures in clinical trials. Researchers interviewed 15 patients to learn what specific parts of trials are most difficult. The goal is to use this information to improve support for future patients and help them stay in important research studies.
