Summary
This study is a survey designed to understand the specific challenges and needs of people living with a particular, often more aggressive, form of ALS (C9orf72 mutation) and the people who care for them. Researchers will ask patients and caregivers about their care, support, and quality of life. The goal is to identify practical ways to improve support systems for these families.
