Tiny radiation seeds target tough head and neck cancers

Summary
This study is testing a new combination treatment for advanced head and neck cancer that has returned or spread. Doctors will implant tiny radioactive seeds directly into a tumor and combine this with an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab). The goal is to see if this two-part approach can better control the cancer in up to 48 participants.
