Tiny radiation seeds target prostate cancer where it returns
NCT ID NCT07290998
Summary
This study is testing the safety of a new treatment called Alpha DaRT for men whose prostate cancer has come back locally after initial treatment. Up to 12 participants will have tiny radioactive seeds placed directly into their tumor to deliver a strong, localized dose of radiation. The main goal is to see if this approach is safe, while also checking if it helps control the cancer and improves patients' quality of life.
