Tiny radioactive seeds aim to shrink pancreatic tumors

Summary
This study tests a new treatment for locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Doctors insert tiny radioactive tubes directly into the tumor to deliver alpha radiation, combined with standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to check safety, but they will also measure if the tumor shrinks. About 40 people with stable or responding tumors after initial chemo will take part.
