Radioactive 'Seeds' take on tough pancreatic tumors

Summary
This study tests a new approach for people with locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Tiny radioactive rods are placed directly into the tumor to deliver alpha radiation, combined with standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to check safety, but researchers will also see if the treatment shrinks tumors and helps people live longer. About 40 participants will be enrolled.
