Summary
This study aims to understand how different hormone-producing cells in the pancreas communicate to control blood sugar. Researchers will test 30 healthy volunteers and people with obesity using detailed glucose and insulin measurements. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about cell interactions, which may inform future diabetes treatments, but this study does not provide direct treatment.
