Summary
This is the first study in humans for a new oral medication called Alpha-0261. Researchers will give single doses to 60 healthy adult volunteers to check for side effects and see how the body processes the drug. The main goal is to understand the safety and basic behavior of this new compound before testing it in people with a specific disease.
